Initiate Your Request
Log into your YashBIZ account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
